McLaren continue to make good progress at the Cadent plot
The contractors at Prospero Ansty Park continue to make good progress at the Cadent plot – construction remains on track for completion in early 2022.
McLarens have been working on progressing the office structure, and have completed the office basement slab cast. Tarmacadam work continues to progress well, and the structure of the multi storey car park is now underway.
Next steps will see the upper floor slab concreting and precast lift shaft installation, as well as continuing the office and muti storey car park steel erection.
The BREEAM Very Good unit will serve as Cadent’s new HQ as they relocate a number of functions currently located in Hinckley, Coventry and Leicester.
The 90,000 sq ft office is being developed by Manse Opus and was the second largest out of town pre-let in the UK during 2020.
Prospero Ansty Park has plenty of capacity for more office and warehouse units so be sure to get in contact if you would like to discuss what the Park can offer you.
